Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview
Forgekite is operated by Peakure LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”). This policy explains how Forgekite subscriptions are billed, how you can cancel, and how we handle refunds and chargebacks. It applies to all paid Forgekite plans.
2. Subscription billing
Forgekite is offered on monthly subscription plans — Starter ($49/mo), Growth ($99/mo), and Pro ($199/mo). Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis. All billing is processed by our payment provider, Stripe; we never store your full card number.
Your plan renews automatically at the start of each billing period until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize us (via Stripe) to charge your payment method for each renewal.
3. How to cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time using either of these methods:
- Self-serve: open your billing settings inside Forgekite and cancel your plan directly.
- By email: contact us at team@forgekite.com and we will process the cancellation for you.
4. What happens when you cancel
When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. You keep access to your paid plan through that date, and you will not be charged again after cancellation. At the end of the period, your plan ends and your account moves to the free tier (or is closed, at your request).
Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not, by itself, trigger a refund of the current period. See the refund section below.
5. Refunds
Forgekite subscriptions are billed monthly. You can cancel anytime and keep access through the end of the current paid period. Monthly charges are non-refundable except where required by law.
Where a refund is issued, it is returned to the original payment method via Stripe. Refund timing depends on your bank or card issuer.
6. Chargebacks
If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us at team@forgekite.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We will work with you to resolve billing issues quickly.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in suspension or termination of your account while the dispute is investigated.
7. Governing terms
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, with venue in the State of New York, United States. It should be read together with our Terms of Service.
